Terms and Conditions

As a Java Momma Underground Affiliate, you AGREE:

1. Promotion & Sales: To passionately promote Java Momma Underground products and share the joy of our coffee culture. You'll have access to an affiliate dashboard where you can create a unique link to share across your network – be it through social media, coffee meet-ups, or your own digital platform.

2. Payment Method & Threshold: To receive your well-deserved earnings through PayPal once they've reached the minimum frothy amount of $5. This ensures you get a taste of your success more frequently.

3. Payout Schedule: To sip your earnings with our convenient payout system, which sends out your commissions every Friday for the previous week as long as you've reached a $5 threshold. If you haven't the amount will roll over to the next week when you hit the $5 minimum.

4. Exclusive Affiliate Conduct: To agree that Java Momma products will not be sold on third-party platforms. Your unique affiliate link is your magic beanstalk to sales and success.

   Cancellation Policy: To understand that you have thirty days to decide if this brew's for you. Cancel within this time frame by emailing support@javamomma.com if you need to step back.

5. Independence Acknowledgment: To accept your role as an independent brewmaster, not an employee or agent. No illusions of grandeur, just real, grounded opportunities with every cup you pour.

JAVA MOMMA AGREES:

1. Commission Payment: To foam up your bank account with commissions based on the aromatic sales you generate, sticking to our current, transparent commission schedule.

2. Affiliate Independence: To let you steer your own ship. We provide the compass – our terms and conditions – but you map out the journey.

3. Perks of Partnership: To offer you the perk of purchasing Java Momma Underground products at a partner's discount, because who doesn't love a coffee bargain?

4. Terms Updates: To reserve the right to tweak these terms while promising to give you a heads-up, with at least ten (10) days' notice before any changes are implemented.
